HPAD Launches New Podcast to Kickoff National Public Health Week!

The Department of Health Promotion and Administration is excited to announce its launch of a brand new podcast: The Future of Public Health. This podcast will feature episodes on different conversations about the Public Health of Eastern Kentucky University.

The first episode, “Racism is a Public Health Crisis” was released on April 4 to kickoff National Public Health Week. This episode dives into a conversation between a diverse group of guests about how racism impacts areas of society and how that leads to negative health outcomes, especially among minority populations.
