Hello all, I am Lindy and I am ecstatic to be working as one of the Health Promotion and Administration Department's graduate assistants! I originally hail from New Orleans, Louisiana but now call Winchester, KY home. My passion for helping others was developed at a young age. Combining that with my interest in health is what has led me to pursue a Master's in Public Health at EKU. In my spare time I enjoy listening to live music, attending local events/festivals and anything pertaining to the outdoors! As for my career aspirations, I hope to use my skills developed in this program to make a difference in the community I work. Special interests I have within this field include - violence prevention, sexual health education, and nutrition. Stop by Begley 418 anytime and introduce yourself. I love making new friends!
